This initiative, led by Jefferson Cárdenas and supported by the hip-hop group Free Convict, aims to change the area's image by turning it into an open-air art gallery. The project involves local residents and artists who have contributed over 100 murals, creating a vibrant cultural route. The Venezuelan government has recognized the success of this grassroots effort, which includes guided tours, local cuisine, and cultural performances.
