Immunome Initiates Phase 1 Trial for FAP-Targeted Radioligand Therapy IM-3050 in Advanced Solid Tumors
Immunome, Inc., a biotechnology company based in Bothell, Washington, has dosed the first patient in a Phase 1 clinical trial of IM-3050, an investigational radioligand therapy targeting fibroblast activation protein (FAP) in advanced solid tumors. The trial is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, dosimetry, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IM-3050. This open-label, multicenter study will determine the maximum tolerated dose and evaluate the therapy's potential in patients with FAP-expressing tumors. IM-3050 aims to deliver radioactive lutetium-177 directly to FAP-expressing cells, potentially damaging or killing nearby tumor cells through a bystander effect.
