Hopkins, MN: Food Truck Festival Kicks Off This Weekend
The Minnesota Food Truck Festival season is set to begin this Saturday with the Hopkins Food Truck Festival in downtown Hopkins. According to Jess Fast, co-organizer of the Minnesota Food Truck Festival, the event will feature a variety of food trucks offering diverse culinary options. Cynthia and Vienna Lee, owners of Dearest Baker Macarons, are among the participants who will showcase their unique offerings. This festival marks the start of a series of food truck events planned across the metro area, providing an opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy good food in an outdoor setting.
