Orleans Hosts Cherry Blossom Festival Amid Spring Weather
The Orleans Chamber of Commerce celebrated the arrival of spring with its second annual Cherry Blossom Festival on Saturday, May 14, 2026. The event took place on the village green in Orleans, Massachusetts, and featured a variety of activities for attendees. Local merchants set up booths to showcase their goods, while food vendors, including the Ice Cream Cafe, provided refreshments. Live music was performed by Josh Ayala and his band, the Doghouse Tenants, adding to the festive atmosphere. Despite concerns about rain, the weather held steady, allowing the community to enjoy the day outdoors. The festival also included family-friendly activities such as bubble play for children, making it a well-rounded celebration of the season.
