Bryce Drew Inspires Valparaiso University Graduates to Make a Difference
Bryce Drew, a former NBA player and current basketball coach at Grand Canyon University, delivered a motivational commencement address to graduates of Valparaiso University. Drew, who is celebrated for his iconic 1998 NCAA buzzer-beater known as 'The Shot,' encouraged the graduates to make a positive impact in the world. He emphasized the importance of integrity and faith, urging the students to shine their light and make a difference wherever they are. Drew's speech was part of the graduation exercises for the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Business at Valparaiso University, where he himself graduated in 1998.
