Netherlands Film Fund Appoints Iwana Chronis as New CEO
Iwana Chronis has been appointed as the new permanent CEO of the Netherlands Film Fund, succeeding Sandra den Hamer who served as interim director for three years. Chronis will take up her post on May 1, and will be responsible for shaping the fund's course and strategy. The fund, backed by the Netherlands' Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, is a key financier of local feature films and indie co-productions. Chronis has been with the fund since 2019, initially as a feature film consultant and later as Head of Feature Film & Documentary.
