1-Year-Old Baby Left on Sidewalk After Car Theft in Philadelphia
A 1-year-old baby boy was left on a Philadelphia sidewalk after a suspect stole his mother's car with the child inside. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on Monday. According to the baby's uncle, the mother had placed the child in his car seat in the back of her Black Honda Accord. A suspect then allegedly entered the vehicle and drove away. Police reported that the suspect later removed the baby from the car and left him on a sidewalk along a highway shortly after midnight. The child was found unharmed. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, lifting fingerprints from the stolen car, and reviewing surveillance footage to identify the perpetrator. No arrests have been made yet.
