Mary’s Center Receives Grant to Enhance Remote Patient Monitoring Technology
Mary’s Center, a community health center in Washington, DC, has been awarded the 2026 Dr. Cesar A. Caceres Innovation in Healthcare award, along with a $250,000 grant. The funding will be used to implement remote patient monitoring technology, allowing patients to share health information securely from home. This initiative aims to improve care for patients with chronic medical, behavioral health, or maternal health needs. By integrating this technology with their electronic health records, Mary’s Center seeks to enhance care coordination and reduce barriers to healthcare access, particularly for underserved communities.
