Ford Motor Company Recalls Over 420,000 Vehicles Due to Windshield Wiper Failure
Ford Motor Company is recalling 422,613 vehicles in the United States due to a windshield wiper failure, as reported by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The recall affects several models, including Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs, as well as some F-series trucks. The issue involves the potential for windshield wiper arms to break, which could lead to the wipers failing to operate. This defect poses a risk to driver visibility during adverse weather conditions. As part of the recall process, Ford dealers will inspect and replace the wiper arms to ensure proper functionality.
