Joint Commission and NACHC Collaborate to Enhance Community Health Center Accreditation
The Joint Commission and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) have announced a partnership to develop new resources and accreditation programs for community health centers across the United States. This collaboration aims to provide education, training, and advisory services to over 1,500 community health centers serving 52 million Americans. The initiative is designed to ensure that these centers deliver high-quality care, with a focus on continuous improvement and evidence-based practices. Community health centers play a crucial role in providing affordable primary healthcare to diverse populations, including unhoused individuals, veterans, children, and seniors.
