The representative will be responsible for navigating multiple computer systems, utilizing knowledge databases to respond to client requests, and documenting all interactions. The position requires at least two years of experience with FHA loans or three years with conventional and other government-backed loans (such as FHA, USDA, VA), alongside a year of customer service experience. Candidates must also be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation.
