Northwell Health is seeking an Advisor, Employee Relations, to guide the employee relations process, including providing advice during disciplinary investigations and making recommendations to People Leader Advisors and leaders at all levels. This role involves resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations regarding team member complaints, including those from Ethics Point. The Advisor will ensure consistency in investigation practices and complaint resolution across the organization. Key responsibilities include managing the interview process with all necessary parties, documenting conversations clearly, gathering and reviewing evidence, and preparing final investigative reports with analysis and recommended actions. The position requires collaboration with various HR departments, as well as Legal and Compliance teams, to resolve complaints.
