Rutgers Law School Launches Part-Time Online J.D. Program, Expanding Access to Legal Education
Rutgers Law School has introduced a new part-time, hybrid Online J.D. program, making it the 23rd ABA-accredited law school to offer such an option. This program is designed to provide flexibility for working professionals, caregivers, and other adults who may not be able to attend a traditional law school. Students will participate in live online evening classes two to three times per week and will also be required to attend eight in-person sessions, each lasting four to five days, at Rutgers Law’s Camden campus. These in-person intensives are intended to foster practical lawyering skills, professional identity, and connections with faculty, classmates, and the broader Rutgers Law community.
