Irish Activist's Trial in Germany Draws Government Attention
The Irish government is actively monitoring the trial of Daniel Tatlow-Devally, an Irish activist on trial in Germany. Tatlow-Devally is part of the 'Ulm 5,' a group charged with trespassing and property destruction at the German office of Elbit Systems, an Israeli defense firm. The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, led by Minister Helen McEntee, has engaged directly with Tatlow-Devally regarding his detention conditions.
