Pocatello Regional Airport to Restore Early Morning Flight to Salt Lake City in October 2026
Pocatello Regional Airport has announced that Delta Air Lines will reinstate an early morning flight to Salt Lake City, effective October 2, 2026. The restored schedule includes a 6:04 a.m. departure from Pocatello and a 9:48 p.m. return arrival. This decision comes after the flight was previously discontinued approximately a year ago. Airport Manager Alan Evans highlighted that this early departure is crucial for the community, offering increased flexibility and improved connection opportunities through Delta’s Salt Lake City hub. While Delta operates the service, local reports suggest SkyWest, a regional airline, will be involved in operating the route. The airport is encouraging local residents to utilize this service to ensure its long-term viability, emphasizing that sustained local bookings are essential for maintaining the schedule.
