Okfuskee County Announces Public Auction for Delinquent Real Estate Taxes
Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, has announced a public auction for real estate properties with unpaid taxes. The auction is scheduled to begin on the second Monday in June 2026 at the Okfuskee County Courthouse. Properties will be sold to the highest bidder, provided the bid is at least two-thirds of the assessed valuation or the total amount of taxes due, whichever is lesser. The auction will continue daily until all properties are sold. The properties listed have had unpaid taxes for over three years, and the auction aims to recover delinquent ad valorem taxes, special assessments, and accrued interest.
