The partnership will involve building a public computing platform for AI research and development, integrating real-world application scenarios, and establishing training programs for engineers. This initiative is part of Voicecomm's strategy to expand its global footprint and enhance its competitive advantage by focusing on talent, standards, and ecosystems.
