Elvera Dominguez's Passing Leaves a Legacy of Family and Community
Elvera Dominguez, a long-time resident of Fort Morgan, Colorado, passed away at the age of 96. Born in Sedgwick, Colorado, she was known for her role as a caregiver, working as a housekeeper and cook. Her family remembers her for her famous enchiladas and her love for family gatherings. Elvera was married to John L. Dominguez for over seventy years until his passing. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Julesburg, followed by burial at Sedgwick Cemetery.
