Club Med Announces New Exclusive Collection Resort in Thailand, Expanding Luxury Offerings
Club Med, in partnership with Central Group Capital, has announced plans to open a new Exclusive Collection resort on Koh Samui, Thailand. This resort is scheduled to open in the second half of 2028 and will feature 303 rooms, over 200 meters of private beach, and various sports and leisure facilities. The design of the resort will draw inspiration from Thai heritage and the natural surroundings. This marks Club Med's first Exclusive Collection resort in Thailand and its second property in the country, following the opening of Club Med Phuket in 1985. The Koh Samui resort will be the third Exclusive Collection property in the East and South Asia Pacific region, contributing to Club Med's global capacity of 21 properties.
