Cheval Collection, a UK-based luxury hospitality company, has announced its entry into the branded residences sector with the launch of Cheval Residences Dubai Islands. This exclusive beachfront property, developed in partnership with AVENEW Development and Wadeen Developers, is set to be completed in 2029. The project will feature 99 apartments and a range of fitness and leisure facilities, catering to the growing demand for serviced living in the UAE. Cheval Collection aims to bring internationally recognized standards in serviced hospitality to the Dubai Islands, emphasizing spatial harmony and a strong connection to the beachfront environment.
