Galeries Lafayette Hosts 'Africa Now' Pop-Up to Showcase African Designers
Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann is hosting the second edition of the 'Africa Now' pop-up from June 17 to July 8, 2026. This event highlights a new generation of African designers who reinterpret local craftsmanship for the Western market. The pop-up features ready-to-wear, bags, jewelry, and accessories, organized in partnership with Canex, Tranoï trade show, Adama Paris, and Studio Ka x Africa Fashion Up. Designers like Eric Raisina, who trained with Yves Saint Laurent, and brands like Kwiyiah Style and Talua are part of the showcase. The event aims to promote social initiatives and local economic empowerment.
