UN Tourism Launches Innovative WhatsApp-Based Courses for Hospitality Sector
The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) has introduced a new digital course for the hospitality sector, delivered entirely via WhatsApp. This initiative, launched in partnership with Fundación Mahou San Miguel, aims to enhance skills in business management, customer service, and sustainability. The course is designed for hospitality professionals, employees, and entrepreneurs, offering a flexible learning experience that is accessible to those with limited time. The program includes short lessons on digital marketing, customer loyalty, and practical approaches to local products. Initially available in Spain, the course is fully subsidized for 2,000 participants, with plans to expand access further.
