Nelson Andres Holdo, a former jeweler operating in Newport Beach, Pasadena, and San Marino, faces grand theft charges for allegedly defrauding clients out of $1.5 million in a luxury watch scam. Holdo is accused of promising high-end watches, such as Rolex models, to buyers, collecting full payments, but never delivering the products.
