Anthem Memory Care Appoints Lisa Rogers as Chief Operating Officer to Enhance Quality and Resident Care
Anthem Memory Care has announced the appointment of Lisa Rogers, BSN, RN-C, as its new Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Rogers will be responsible for overseeing operations across Anthem’s portfolio of memory care communities. Her primary focus will be on ensuring quality, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance, while also prioritizing staff development and resident-centered care. Rogers brings extensive experience to this position, having previously served as co-founder, president, chief clinical officer, and risk management officer for another senior living management and development company. Her 40-year career in healthcare includes leading initiatives that improved revenue performance through enhanced service fee capture and advanced quality and clinical outcomes via risk management practices.
