Warm Weather Expected for National Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC on June 14, 2026
The 69th annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade is set to take place in New York City on Sunday, June 14, 2026. The event will begin at 12 p.m. and follow a route along Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 79th Street. This year’s theme, 'We Are More Than 100x35,' highlights the global influence of Puerto Rican culture despite the island's small geographic size. The parade will feature prominent figures such as reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee and television personality Dayanara Torres. The municipality of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, and the Puerto Rican community in New Jersey will be specially honored during the celebration. The event is recognized as the largest celebration of Puerto Rican heritage in the United States, promoting culture, arts, and education while raising awareness of key issues affecting the community.
