William Russell 'Bill' Harris Remembered for Community and Family Dedication
William 'Bill' Russell Harris Sr., a lifelong resident of Wyatt, Missouri, passed away at the age of 83. Harris was known for his deep commitment to his community and church, serving as a deacon and Sunday school teacher at Wyatt Baptist Church. He was a member of the I.O.O.F Lodge and served in the National Guard, where he was recognized for his marksmanship. Harris worked as a lead mechanic and later as a tankerman until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Frances, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His funeral services are scheduled for July 28, 2026, at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, Missouri.
