North Dakota Development Fund Approves Over $1.1 Million in Loans for Childcare Facilities
The North Dakota Development Fund (NDDF) has approved more than $1.1 million in financing during the second quarter of 2026 to support two childcare projects. These projects aim to expand access to quality childcare and bolster North Dakota's workforce. Brian Opp, CEO of the NDDF, emphasized the importance of affordable, high-quality childcare for families, employers, and communities in the state. The approved projects include a $146,750 loan to A Tiny Roar Child Care LLC in Jamestown for purchasing a building, and a $1 million loan to TTRT Holdings LLC in Fargo for constructing a new facility. The total investment for these projects is $1,315,000. The NDDF provides flexible financing to support the growth of primary sector businesses, helping to create jobs and strengthen communities across North Dakota.
