Allen Paul Neely Remembered for His Contributions to Law and Community
Allen Paul Neely, a respected attorney and community member, passed away on March 7, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. He was a shareholder at the State College law firm McQuaide Blasko and served as an adjunct professor at Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
