Israeli Travel Blogger Continues Exploration Amid Ongoing Conflict
Kobi Peled, an Israeli travel blogger known as 'Kuku Trip', is continuing his exploration activities despite the ongoing conflict in Israel. Peled combines trail running with caving and desert exploration, even as missile fire disrupts daily life. He has been taking shelter in caves during sirens, which, while not fully protected, offer some safety. Peled's adventures include spelunking in the Gad Nature Reserve, where he temporarily lost his sense of direction in an underground tunnel system. Despite the risks, Peled finds solace in the emptiness of the trails and the beauty of the changing seasons, which he says make it difficult to stay indoors. He is also recovering from injuries sustained last year during an encounter with terrorists in the West Bank.
