China's Lab-Grown Diamonds Gain Traction in AI Chip Cooling Market
China's lab-grown diamond industry is experiencing significant growth, driven by the global demand for AI chip cooling solutions. These synthetic diamonds, which are chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds, offer superior heat dissipation properties, making them ideal for industrial applications. In the first half of the year, the value of lab-grown diamond exports through the Shanghai Diamond Exchange increased by 65.3% compared to the previous year. China, as the world's largest producer of these synthetic gems, is capitalizing on this demand, with more than 60% of man-made gems produced in the country.
