Knowledge Group Releases Study on GCC Workforce Dynamics
Knowledge Group has launched its inaugural research study titled 'Understanding GCC Talent Patterns: Insights, Strategic Findings, and Workforce Pathways to Sustainability.' The study, part of the MENA Workplace Index initiative, examines workforce engagement, productivity, retention intent, and competency gaps across the GCC. It reveals that while a high percentage of professionals express pride and emotional connection to their organizations, a significant gap exists in long-term career retention. The research highlights the need for organizations to convert short-term engagement into sustainable talent ecosystems.
