Nefesh B'Nefesh Facilitates Aliyah for European Physicians Amidst Israeli Healthcare Needs
Nefesh B'Nefesh (NBN), an organization dedicated to facilitating Jewish immigration to Israel, recently hosted the 3rd annual Medex event in Paris. The event aimed to recruit physicians from France, Belgium, Germany, and other neighboring countries to make aliyah, or immigrate to Israel. Over 50 applications for medical license conversion were submitted to the Israeli Health Ministry, indicating a significant interest among European doctors to relocate. This initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen Israel's healthcare system by attracting skilled professionals. The event highlighted the challenges and opportunities associated with aliyah, emphasizing the need for patience and long-term planning in building a new life in Israel.
