Attorney Ben Crump has released over 280 pages of Nolan Wells' Snapchat records, providing new phone-forensics data related to Wells' disappearance and subsequent death. The 18-year-old Mississippi football player went missing after a Fourth of July trip and his body was found two days later. A Mississippi grand jury recently returned no true bill in the case, indicating insufficient evidence for criminal charges at the time. Wells' parents, Elmore and Christine Wonsley, hired Crump to conduct an independent investigation, including a private autopsy, as they do not believe their son drowned. Both the state and second autopsy reports list the cause and manner of death as undetermined.
