FirstService Residential Expands EV Charging Program to Three Alexandria Communities
FirstService Residential has announced that three of its managed communities in Alexandria, Virginia—Marina Towers Condominium Association, Northampton Place Condominium, and Parkfairfax Condominium—have joined the 'Plug in Alexandria' electric vehicle (EV) charging program. This initiative aims to broaden access to EV charging infrastructure within multifamily residential properties, including condominiums and apartments. Participating communities are eligible to receive technical assistance from industry experts and can apply for reimbursement grants of up to $10,000 to cover qualifying expenses related to EV charger installation. FirstService Residential is facilitating this participation through its FirstService Energy division, which provides advisory and consulting services to clients on energy incentives and efficiency initiatives.
