Valley Leadership Launches Catalyze Class 6 to Develop Arizona's Future Leaders
Valley Leadership has launched its Catalyze Class 6, bringing together a cohort of 107 Arizonans for a six-month program aimed at strengthening their leadership skills and preparing them to address critical issues facing the state. Now in its sixth year, the Catalyze program draws emerging and established leaders from diverse sectors, backgrounds, and communities. Participants will explore individual leadership styles, examine the systems and challenges shaping Arizona, and build relationships to enhance their effectiveness in leadership roles. The program officially commenced with a keynote address from Arizona State University President Michael Crow, who challenged participants to consider their role in Arizona's future. The curriculum focuses on personal growth, deeper understanding of state issues, and community impact, making leadership development accessible to individuals at various stages of their professional journeys.
