A significant data breach involving a Cincinnati-area healthcare software company, Unlimited Technology Systems, LLC, has potentially compromised the personal and protected health information of over 3.8 million individuals nationwide. The breach, which dates back to October 2025, was brought to the company's attention by the Massachusetts Attorney General. The compromised data includes sensitive information such as Social Security numbers and medical records. The company has not yet provided a detailed explanation for the delay in notifying affected individuals or when it first became aware of the breach.
