Travel Demand Remains Strong Amid Global Uncertainty, Survey Reveals
A recent survey by Global Rescue reveals that international travel demand remains robust in 2026, despite a growing confidence gap among travelers. The survey, which included over 1,100 experienced travelers, found that 70% continue to travel internationally as planned. However, geopolitical instability has become a significant concern, overtaking cost as the primary factor causing travel hesitation. Women, in particular, express more caution regarding geopolitical risks compared to men. The survey also highlights regional differences, with non-US-based travelers showing a stronger intent to return to international travel compared to their US counterparts.
