Kansas and Czech Republic Forge New Economic Partnership with Cooperation Agreement
Kansas Governor Laura Kelly and Lieutenant Governor David Toland have signed a Statement of Mutual Cooperation with the Czech Republic, marking a new international partnership. This agreement aims to enhance collaboration in aerospace, agriculture, animal health, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, and nanotechnologies. The partnership is designed to strengthen trade, business development, and technological research, creating new economic opportunities for entrepreneurs, businesses, scientists, artists, and universities in both regions. The agreement formalizes the longstanding relationship between Kansas and the Czech Republic, which is home to several Czech-owned businesses and communities.
