Two families in Detroit are suing Hutchison Funeral Home, its owner Jaimie Hutchison, and Southern Michigan Cremation Services, alleging severe mishandling of their deceased loved ones. Kimberly Moore, who died on September 3 after battling endometrial cancer, was allegedly cremated before her scheduled viewing. Her family claims that when they arrived at the funeral home, a different body, identified as Sandra Miller, was presented in Moore's place. Moore's daughter, Bianca Robinson, realized something was wrong while attempting to do her mother's makeup. The family was later informed of the accidental cremation and the body swap. Sandra Miller, who died on September 13 from ovarian cancer, had her body allegedly used as a 'prop' during Moore's viewing without her family's knowledge or consent.
