Berkeley Historical Society Hosts Forum on Proposed Waterfront Ferry

The event will include speakers such as historian Chuck Wollenberg, Councilmember Terry Taplin, and Jim McGrath, formerly of the California Coastal Commission. The forum aims to explore the history, costs, and benefits of ferries in Berkeley, providing insights into the potential impact of the proposed ferry service on the local community. The museum's current exhibit, 'On the Waterfront,' will be open for viewing before and after the program.
