Richland County Court Announces Foreclosure Sales for August 2026
The Richland County Court has scheduled a series of foreclosure sales to take place on August 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM in Courtroom #1, located at 2500 Decker Boulevard, Columbia, South Carolina. The sales will include various properties across Richland County, with legal descriptions and terms of sale outlined in the court's decree. Properties involved range from residential lots to larger parcels of land, each subject to existing easements, taxes, and restrictions of record. The sales are conducted by the Master-in-Equity for Richland County, Stephanie N. Lawrence, and are open to the highest bidder. Successful bidders, other than the plaintiff, must deposit five percent of their bid in certified funds as evidence of good faith, which will be applied to the purchase price upon compliance. If compliance is not met, the deposit will be forfeited and applied to costs and the plaintiff's debt.
