The video, which surfaced on TikTok, has raised concerns about the store's cleanliness and food safety practices. The last inspection in May 2025 noted minor issues, but no action was taken at that time. In response to the video, Crumbl Cookies closed the store, discarded all dough, and hired a professional cleaning crew. The company also took unspecified actions against the employees involved.
