Ochsner Health Partners with Joy 101 Wellness Platform, Gayle Benson Instrumental in Collaboration
Ochsner Health, a prominent health system in the U.S., has announced a partnership with Joy 101, a well-being platform founded by Hoda Kotb. This collaboration makes Ochsner Health the first health system and employer in the country to offer Joy 101 to its team members. Nearly 40,000 Ochsner employees will gain complimentary access to the platform, which provides expert-led content on meditation, breathwork, sleep, movement, and personal growth. Most of the experiences offered by Joy 101 are designed to be short, typically less than 10 minutes, allowing for flexible access at any time. Gayle Benson, owner of the New Orleans Saints and governor of the New Orleans Pelicans, played a key role in facilitating this partnership, having been an early investor in Joy 101.
