VinSpace Partners with SpaceX for Satellite Launch in 2027
Vietnamese aerospace company VinSpace has announced a partnership with SpaceX to launch its first satellites in 2027. The agreement involves using SpaceX's Transporter rideshare mission, which allows multiple customers to share launch costs by sending their satellites on a single rocket. VinSpace, a subsidiary of Vietnam's Vingroup conglomerate, aims to test its technology in orbit and support future commercial applications. Established in November 2025, VinSpace is part of Vietnam's broader strategy to develop its space industry, which includes a recent inauguration of a space science and technology center in Hanoi. The company plans to become a full-service aerospace entity, covering satellite design, manufacturing, and operations.
