Maryland Faces Rising Humidity and Storm Risks This Week
Maryland is experiencing a shift in weather patterns as humidity and temperatures rise, bringing an increased chance of storms. According to CBS News Baltimore, Sunday afternoon highs are expected to reach the mid-80s °F (29-30 °C), with overnight lows in the 60s °F (15-20 °C). Storm activity will gradually increase, with scattered storms possible on Monday and a significant spike in storm chances on Tuesday. Tuesday has been designated a First Alert Weather Day due to the potential for severe storms, including gusty winds and heavy rainfall. Additional storm activity is expected on Wednesday, primarily south of Baltimore, while temperatures are forecasted to climb into the 90s °F (32-34 °C) by the weekend.
