This led to a collision with a Kenworth T680 tractor-trailer that was traveling northbound on State Route 13. The crash occurred at the intersection of SR-13 and Yankee Street. The OSHP identified the deceased as 55-year-old Arno Kramer, 44-year-old Martijn Van Vooren, and 55-year-old Hermanus J. Fortuin. The driver of the van and three other passengers were transported to hospitals for their injuries. The condition of the semi-truck driver was not specified by OSHP. The incident is currently under investigation by authorities.
