Judge Ryan Nelson Charged with Battery and Property Damage in Parking Lot Incident
Judge Ryan Nelson of the Ninth Circuit has been charged with battery and malicious injury to property following an altercation in an Idaho Falls parking lot. The incident, captured on video, involved a dispute over a parking job that escalated into a physical confrontation. Nelson allegedly took sunglasses from another individual and damaged them. This is not Nelson's first legal issue related to vehicles, as he has a history of traffic citations.
