GNFC's NKSP Initiative Enhances Agricultural Practices for Gujarat Farmers
The Narmada Kisan Samruddhi Pariyojana (NKSP), launched by GNFC's CSR wing in March 2024, is making significant strides in improving agricultural practices in Gujarat. The initiative has already benefited over 25,000 farmers by bridging the gap between agricultural research and modern field-level practices. Key achievements include the establishment of 49 upgraded agricultural centers, the collection and analysis of 21,000 soil and water samples, and the implementation of over 84,000 farming interventions. These efforts have led to improved yields and better access to government schemes, thereby enriching the rural economy. The program, under the leadership of GNFC's directors, integrates scientific advisory, digital technology, and grassroots engagement, positioning itself as a scalable model for agricultural growth.
