Jon Stewart and Pete Davidson to Host 9/11 Comedy Benefit at MSG
Jon Stewart and Pete Davidson are set to host a comedy benefit show at Madison Square Garden on September 10, ahead of the 25th anniversary of 9/11. The event, titled 'NYC Still Rising After 25 Years,' will feature performances by notable comedians such as Aziz Ansari, Bill Burr, and Dave Chappelle. Proceeds from the show will go towards 9/11 charities. This marks the second installment of the benefit, following the first event in 2021. Davidson, whose father was a firefighter who died in the 9/11 attacks, and Stewart, a long-time advocate for 9/11 first responders, aim to celebrate New York City's resilience.
