A 7-month-old girl named Kaori Patterson-Moore was tragically killed by a stray bullet in Brooklyn, New York. The incident occurred while her mother, Lianna Charles-Moore, was pushing her in a stroller. The gunfire, believed to be gang-related, was fired by an assailant on a moped.
